We take all exchanges and refunds on products that are manufacturer's defect and not a result of wear an tear as stated in our Guarantee page. Please use following guide to return the product you purchased to us for exchanges and refunds.
How do I return a product?
To return a product for an exchange or refund, please mail your merchandise along with your original packing slip and a note stating the corrections (for example, correct ring size) to original shipment center address as noted in your packing slip. Please allow 3-4 weeks from our receipt of your request the replacement product to ship or refund to be made.
Can I receive a full refund on my order?
In order to receive a full refund, please mail your order to original shipment center address as noted in your packing slip stating that you would like a refund. You will be refunded your purchase total minus any standard shipping charges. If you paid by credit card, the credit will appear within 2 billing statements. For Paypal, you should see refund appearing within 7 business days upon receipt of the return product. Otherwise you should receive a check within 30 days of the credit being issued.
